Two minutes on your end. Send the link in a text, an email or a follow-up, and whoever clicks it is tied to you from the start.
Hand off the files you can't approve today — home loans, auto, business financing. We take on the credit work, everyone you send is tracked back to you, and you stay in front of the client right through to closing.

A mortgage, a car, equipment for the business — same story every time. You can see they're serious, the income works, and it's the file that doesn't. Rather than send them off with a vague "work on your credit," hand them to someone who does this every day and get back a client who can actually transact.

Every line on all three reports gets read. What's wrong or unverifiable gets challenged under the FCRA. What's accurate gets a plan instead of a promise.
They come back to the person who helped them, not to whoever ran an ad at them in the meantime — and the referral stays tracked to you the whole way.
What actually happens to a file after you send it, how long each stage takes, and what lands back on your desk.
The reason is different depending on which one you are. Find yourself below.
A pre-approval falls apart, a listing goes to someone else, a buyer walks off the lot, a funding application comes back declined. It's rarely the person that's the problem — it's a report nobody sat down and explained to them.
You sat where they're sitting. When you tell someone this worked, it carries weight no advertisement can buy — and that's how most people find us in the first place.
No script, no offshore queue. Juan handles the files and picks up his own phone. When you put your name on a referral, that matters more than anything else.
"Try again next year" is how you lose someone for good. A file being actively worked moves on a 30-day rhythm, and you get told where it stands rather than wondering.
What the process actually looks like
About a minute to fill in. It goes straight to Juan and he sets up your link and access from there.
You apply, Juan sets you up with a link that's yours, and you share it with clients who can't get approved yet. Anyone arriving through that link is tracked to you from the first click. We read all three bureau reports, challenge anything inaccurate or unverifiable, and build a plan around what's left — and you're kept in the loop as each cycle closes.
That's set out in the affiliate agreement rather than posted publicly, because what's allowed depends on your licence and on what kind of transaction sits behind the referral. Referral compensation involving agents and loan officers is regulated territory. Juan will go through exactly what applies to you on the call.
You get a link and access showing who clicked, who booked and who actually started. Some affiliates never open it and just take Juan's text updates instead — either way works.
Disputes run on the bureaus' 30-day response window, so progress arrives in rounds. How many rounds depends entirely on what's sitting on the report. We'd rather give you a range you can repeat to your client than a number that makes us look good.
No. There's no fee, no subscription and no quota. Refer one person or refer a dozen — we're not counting, and nobody gets dropped for being quiet.
They should — the credit work is a direct relationship between us and them. What we won't do is market anything else to them, add them to unrelated lists, or step anywhere near the transaction you're handling.
Yes, if you're sharing it with an audience — a post, a newsletter, a video, a bio. The FTC requires you to disclose a paid connection clearly and close to the link, not buried in a footer. We'll give you wording that works. A one-to-one text to a client you already know is a different situation, but disclosing costs you nothing either way. (And on data: everything is handled under a signed agreement and never sold, shared or repurposed for marketing.)
No — and we'd ask you not to tell them otherwise. Outcomes depend on what's on that individual report and what the client does while we work. Anything accurate, current and verifiable stays on the file. Protecting your name matters more to us than winning a referral.
Still wondering about something? Ask. Whether it's how a particular client's file might go, what your link reporting looks like, or how the agreement is worded — a quick message saves everyone a guess. We want you confident before you send us anyone.
